Strength, Grace, Enjoyment, Discipline
About Claremont Ballet School
Our Philosophy
Thank you for your enquiry into our Ballet School!
Jeremy and I have spent many years performing and teaching.
We hope you or your child can join us in our love of ballet.
Our classes offer your child the opportunity to appreciate the art of Ballet, Dance and Music.
We aim to teach them to grow in the discipline of Ballet, developing strength,
endurance, grace, mastering such a beautiful skill plus the simple pure enjoyment of moving their bodies.
Here everyone is a special star!
We are a Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) School, registered to enter the children into internationally recognised examinations. These exams are optional, but highly recommended.
We offer classes from Beginners to Adults covering a whole range of levels. We both teach the kids as we feel we have very different skill sets and experience.
Dominique focuses mainly on the littlies and Jeremy on the older Vocational dancers.
We also participate in The Cape Town Eisteddfod, have ‘’Open Watching Days’’ at the end of each term, a Showcase at the end of the Year and a large Stage Production at the end of the first term.
